By booking a session, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.

The Photographer will take reasonable care, but is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the session.

Clients participate at their own risk.

The Photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond their control (weather, illness, equipment failure, acts of God).

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.

Weather-dependent sessions may be rescheduled at the Photographer’s discretion.

No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of payment.

A booking is only confirmed once payment (or deposit, if applicable) has been received.

Prices are subject to change at any time; however, they will not affect confirmed bookings.

Limited-time offers, or specials, are non-transferable and may be withdrawn at any time.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Photographer may use images for:

• Portfolio
• Website
• Social media
• Marketing and promotional materials

Clients may request limited privacy restrictions before the session.

The Client acknowledges they have reviewed the Photographer’s portfolio and accept the Photographer’s editing style, creative direction, and image selection.

Requests for re-edits outside the Photographer’s style may incur an additional fee or be declined.

The Client agrees to:

• Ensure children are supervised at all times
• Disclose any special needs, sensitivities, or restrictions before the session
• Follow reasonable instructions to ensure safety and quality

The Photographer is not responsible for uncooperative behaviour, missed moments, or distractions beyond their control.

All images remain the copyright of Rear View Productions.

The Client is granted a personal-use licence.

Images may not be altered, filtered, or cropped without permission.

Commercial use requires written consent.

Sessions begin at the scheduled time.

Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time without a reduction in price.

The Photographer is not responsible for storing images beyond 3 months after delivery. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files.

The Photographer shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to illness, weather, emergencies, or government restrictions.
